Lucy Davis was first up in the Womens 200m Individual Medley. Lucy recorded a 3.2sec PB of 2:25.25! She attacked the race from the start and fought hard throughout finishing 2nd from all the 1996-1997 competitors in the event.
Next up were our 50m Breaststroke girls Jessica Chadwick and Stephanie Slater. Jess did a PB of 34.08, and was just outside the semi final spots as 2nd reserve. Steph progressed to the 1st Semi of the evening session in 32.49 – a season’s best performance.
In the evening session Steph dominated her race from start to finish to win the 1st of the 50m Breaststroke semi finals, confirming her spot in Tuesday night’s final. She clocked an impressive 32.14, a new PB time and it looked like there was much more to come! Good luck Slaternator.....
