Gallica welcomes swimmers from Lancashire and surrounding areas and aims to help them become the best swimmers they can be. Joining Gallica, as with all clubs, involves a certain amount of paperwork and this list describes all the documents you should read and forms to fill out.

Forms should be returned to the squad rep at your location. Some of the forms cannot be displayed on the website and your squad rep will be able to provide them for you at poolside.
